General Information
The following general information is set out for reference purpose and shall not be binding on the part of PSL whatsoever.
1. FACTORY INSPECTION
The goods normally comply with the factory inspection standard of Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) Level II - major defect 2.5 and minor defect 4.0.
2. WARRANTY
The goods are normally of 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use (excluding batteries). Imprint items may be replaced with non-imprint items at the sole discretion of PSL.
3. REPAIR SERVICE
PSL shall endeavour to (but not obliged to) return the repaired items with imprint.
4. RETURN GOODS
Return goods will not be accepted by PSL without any written authorization issued by the factory. All return goods must be freight prepaid by the customer.
5. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
The orders shall be subject to the availability of the relevant manufacturing components on the part of PSL. PSL shall not be liable for any delay in shipment due to the shortage of the components and other reasons whatsoever. To avoid any unexpected problem on delay shipment for timely orders, please confirm with PSL in advance prior to the orders.
6. USE OF SUBMITTED COPIES AND/OR MATERIALS
All copies and/or other materials, submitted by the customer to PSL for producing the ordered items, shall be in full compliance with all the applicable laws and regulations in connection with the trademarks, service marks, copyrights, rights of privacy, patents or other intellectual property rights on the part of the customer. The customer, by submitting such copies and/or other materials, represents and warrants to PSL that the use thereof by PSL on the ordered items will not violate any such laws and regulations whatsoever; and PSL disclaims any liability under such laws and regulations as a result of the misuse of the customer's submitted copies and/or other materials. The customer hereby agrees to hold PSL harmless fully for any damages, costs or other expenses incurred and to be incurred as a result of PSL's misuse of the said copies and/or other materials under such laws and regulations.
